Introduction

This release note applies to all 7.2 releases of the Gplus Adapter for (NICE) IEX WFM.

Links in the Contents section enable you to access information regarding a specific release. Releases are listed by version number rather than in date order. For this reason, a recent release may be listed after earlier releases, if the version number is lower. Except when otherwise noted in the information for a specific release, each release includes all of the features and corrections that were introduced for the applicable operating system at earlier dates, regardless of the version numbering.
The Release Number table lists the supported operating systems for each release at a high level. For more detailed information, see the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide.
The Known Issues and Recommendations section is a cumulative list. It includes information on when individual items were found and, if applicable, corrected.
The Corrections and Modifications section for each release may list additional issues that were corrected without first being documented as Known Issues.
The Discontinued Support section is cumulative. It lists functionality that is no longer supported and the release number of the version in which support was discontinued.

Genesys follows applicable third-party redistribution policies to the extent that Genesys solutions utilize third-party functionality. New in This Release

This release contains the following new features and functionality.

A new valid value, ObservationQueue, is now available for the ixnProcessObjects Option section. This value allows all queuing events for the specified queue to be ignored but still provides monitoring.

This resolves an issue for environments experiencing extra abandons on interactions pulled back to the queue.

A new option, enableHostVerification, was added to the historical.ftp Option section.

This option enables SFTP host validation against a known_hosts file or the knownHostEntry Option. This option is also available in the historical:<streamName> Option section as ftp.enableHostVerification.

A new option, knownHostEntry, was added to the historical.ftp Option section.

Dependencies: enableHostVerification

This option holds a value that represents an entry in a known_hosts file. When the enableHostVerfication option is enabled, the SFTP transfer manager will verify host connections against the entry. This option is also available in the historical:<streamName> Option section as ftp.knownHostEntry.

Corrections and Modifications

This release includes the following corrections and modifications:

Replaced the jcraft jsch library with sshj to support additional ciphers: aes256-gcm@openssh.com and aes128-gcm@openssh.com.

Fixed the following issues for instances with parallelQueuesEnabled set to true:

When an interaction was diverted to an unmonitored queue, the adapter would treat it as an unrouted interaction. The last known queue is now reported.
RONA interactions were not reported correctly.
A memory leak for some call scenarios was corrected.
